Base: Heavy Duty Cast Iron with maximum working space, provided with standard T-Slot, leveling and foundation bolt holes and built in coolant tank.
Spindle: Forged alloy steel spindle finish ground to close tolerances and mounted on heavy duty anti friction bearing to withstand heavy radial as well as thrust loads.
Gear: Heavy Duty, Precision machined from forged with grinding nrc205 gear material and suitably heat treated for maximum wear.
Controls: Conveniently grouped for ease of operation and maximum efficiency.
Finish: Machine are finished with long lasting wear resistant paint. All bright components are suitably treated for protection against oxidization.
Quill: Ground finished to very closing limits from specially alloy steel for precision pin-point drilling operations.
Electrical: Built in quality electrical are easily accessible for operation and maintenance.
Lubrication: In Main Head Oil System Are Automatically provided by oil pump.
