Main Spindle made from EN steel with 6 slots in machined by hobbler machine and Morse taper bore is provided internally grinded.
Provision of window for change of gear on top cover.
Spindle sleeve is properly guided in honed drill head bore on 6 ball & roller bearing for smooth & accurate running.
Main Quill and spindle are hardened and grounded and spindle tapper bore is also internal grinded.
Main spindle run out of tolerance as per IS:2199
Drill Head are made from best quality martial and boring on imported boring machine of Japan.
Precision anti-friction bearing for all rotating members.
